Joining and renewing

Sign in to your Bud on Demand account, add this membership product to your cart, and purchase it through checkout. Your membership becomes active once your paid membership order is marked Completed. Benefits apply from activation onwards.

The standard price is $50 per calendar month, whether the month has 28, 30, or 31 days. To renew, purchase this same product again while signed in to the same account. You can include a renewal with a merchandise order.

Renewing before expiry adds one calendar month to your existing expiry date. If your membership has expired, a new membership month begins when your renewal is activated. Renewals are manual; there are no automatic monthly charges. We’ll send a reminder three days before expiry if you haven’t already renewed.

Points: earning and redeeming

Active Platinum members earn 5 points per $1 actually paid toward eligible products. Every 100 points is worth $1 toward an eligible future purchase. For example, $100 in eligible paid product spending earns 500 points, worth $5. Points are credited after the order is completed.

Membership fees, shipping, taxes, free items, and amounts covered by redeemed rewards do not earn points.

Points can cover up to 50% of eligible merchandise, provided at least $40 in paid eligible merchandise remains after redemption. Points cannot pay for membership fees, shipping, or taxes.

Points cannot be redeemed on orders containing coupon codes or other promotional offers, including first-member or welcome-back discounts, late-delivery coupons, sale pricing, monthly VIP discounts, or the monthly 14g claim. Points redemption is also unavailable on membership purchase or renewal orders. Included free local delivery and the regular Platinum order freebie remain available on otherwise eligible points orders.

Promotional offers cannot be combined unless their terms expressly allow it.

Points do not expire. However, if you cancel or let Platinum lapse before completing six consecutive paid membership months, 50% of your remaining, unspent purchase points earned during that Platinum membership period will be removed. Regular purchase points, birthday points, transferred balances, and ordinary staff-awarded points are excluded from this adjustment. Already redeemed points will not be reclaimed, and your balance will not become negative. Completing six consecutive paid months protects those Platinum-earned points from this adjustment.

Your first Platinum order

After your first membership is activated, receive $20 off your first qualifying merchandise order as a Platinum member. At least $60 in eligible merchandise is required so $40 remains payable after the discount. This reward is available once per account, applies to merchandise rather than the membership fee, and does not reset when you renew or rejoin.

Monthly Dealer’s Choice 14g (AAAA)

Receive one complimentary 14g allowance per membership cycle. Bud on Demand selects the product; customers do not choose the strain.

You must first have spent $100 cumulatively on eligible merchandise across completed orders. The product page will show how much eligible spending remains before you can claim it. Membership fees, shipping, taxes, and free products do not count toward this requirement.

The 14g cannot be claimed with your first-ever Platinum membership purchase. Continuing members can include an available monthly 14g with their renewal in the same cart, including a same-day renewal, once the spending requirement has been met.

Every order containing the 14g must include at least $40 of other paid eligible merchandise, excluding the membership fee. The 14g cannot be ordered alone. Once the allowance is claimed, it cannot be claimed again for that membership cycle.

Your regular order freebie

Platinum members receive our regular $100-tier freebie even when a qualifying merchandise order is below $100. Orders that already qualify for our usual freebie tiers receive their normal allowance; Platinum does not add an extra freebie on top of that allowance. This benefit is separate from the monthly free 14g.

Monthly VIP pricing

Receive 10% off the product selected by Bud on Demand for that month’s VIP promotion, during its advertised promotional dates. Sign in with an active Platinum membership to see your member price and savings.

Local delivery and mail orders

Active Platinum members receive free delivery on eligible orders within our designated local delivery area, including orders at the $40 paid merchandise minimum.

Customers outside this area can purchase Platinum and receive its other benefits, but regular shipping charges apply and the one-hour delivery promise is excluded. Mail orders remain subject to the regular $100 product minimum and $20 shipping charge.

We aim to deliver eligible local Platinum orders within one hour. This benefit applies on days we are open to orders placed between 10:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time. The order-placement cutoff is 8 p.m., even when the business remains open until 10 p.m. For e-Transfer orders, the hour begins when payment is received.

Arrival within one hour is not guaranteed. If an eligible delivery takes longer, staff will manually issue $10 off your next order. This coupon cannot be combined with points or other promotional offers unless expressly stated.

Birthday reward

Receive 1,500 points, worth $15 in rewards, once each year after your birthday is manually confirmed by a staff member.

Existing grandfathered membership prices

Previously agreed grandfathered prices apply only to the eligible accounts. A lapse of up to two calendar months preserves that account’s grandfathered price. A lapse longer than two calendar months ends that pricing eligibility, and future renewals use the standard membership rate.

Minimum orders and refunds

Merchandise orders must retain at least $40 in paid eligible products after discounts or points. Membership fees, shipping, taxes, and complimentary items do not count toward this minimum. Mail orders also remain subject to their regular mail-order minimum.

A membership renewal or complimentary 14g does not replace the required paid merchandise in a 14g claim order.

All membership purchases and renewals are final and non-refundable. NO REFUNDS.
