How quickly will my cannabis order be delivered?
We offer speedy delivery, typically within 60-120 minutes of placing your order. Becoming a Platinum member of Our Bud Club includes express delivery times.

What types of payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash on delivery and e-Transfer payments. Please note that e-Transfers must be confirmed before the driver departs with your order. A 5% fee applies to all e-Transfer payments.
How long does it take to receive a mail order?
All mail orders are shipped via express post within 1-3 business days.
What happens if I don’t receive my mail order?
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. Please note that Bud On Demand is not responsible for missed deliveries or lost packages. To avoid any issues, please provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order.
How will I know when my order is on the way?
Orders depart with the driver at 10:30am, 12:30pm, 2:30pm, 4:30pm, 6:30pm, and 8:30pm. If you placed a cash-on-delivery order, it will be automatically accepted and dispatched with the next scheduled delivery. For e-Transfer payments, your order will be sent out once the payment is received and confirmed. Drivers will notify you by call or text when they are approaching your location.
Do I need to provide ID?
Yes, everyone must provide a government-issued photo ID that matches the delivery address when placing their first order with Bud On Demand. Must be 19+.
