Silver is free, Gold is $15/month, and Platinum is $30/month.

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, memberships can be cancelled anytime.
Does my membership renew automatically?
No, as of right now, paid memberships do not renew monthly, you will receive an email prior to your subscription expiring with renewal instructions.

How do reward points work?
Members earn points per $1 spent — Silver earns 1 point, Gold earns 3 points, and Platinum earns 5 points.
Do free delivery perks apply to every order?
Gold and Platinum members receive free delivery on all orders. Silver does not include free delivery.
What does “guaranteed delivery” mean?
Each tier has a delivery time guarantee — under 2 hours (Silver), within 1.5 hours (Gold), and within 1 hour (Platinum), subject to location and availability.
What free items are included with membership?
Silver includes a free item on purchases over $100. Gold includes a free item on every order. Platinum includes a free item on every order plus a monthly 14g AAAA+ bonus.
What is VIP pricing?
